store-drift is a read-only reporting app for Shopify merchants running more than one Shopify store.

What we read from your store

With the scopes read_products, read_inventory and read_locations: product and variant titles, SKUs, barcodes, prices, and per-location available quantities. Nothing else. We never request customer, order, payment or staff data.

What we store

On our own server (Fly.io, one machine in the US): the variant fields above, per-location quantities, the drift rows we detect, the store domains you link together, and the Shopify access token needed to read your store. A daily digest email address, if you enable the digest.

What we never store

Customer records, orders, payment details, or any staff personal data. We do not sell or share data, we run no advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not use your data to train models.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the app is installed. Uninstalling stops all access; Shopify's mandatory shop/redact request deletes everything we hold for the store. You can also email us and we will delete it manually.

Sub-processors

Fly.io (hosting, US region). Shopify provides the platform and billing.
